Arrival, Parking & Location
What to know before you arrive, including timing, parking, check-in, and lobby basics.
Please plan for your entire group to arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled game time. This gives everyone time to park, use the restroom, and complete the check-in process before your adventure begins.
Your game is scheduled to begin at the exact time of your reservation. Because our games run on a strict schedule, groups that arrive late may not receive their full time in the room.
If only part of your group is running late, the best option is usually to begin with the players who are present. Latecomers can join when they arrive.
Most escape room reservations include 60 minutes of game time, but you should plan to be at Expedition Escape for about 75–90 minutes total.
That extra time allows for check-in, instructions, your game, and a quick wrap-up after your adventure. Santa’s Holiday Hat Hunt is a 30 minute game, so that visit is usually shorter.
Yes, free parking is available at our location.
Follow the Expedition Escape directional signs around the building to the back. Our entrance is down the stairs underneath the Expedition Escape sign.
No food or drinks are allowed inside the escape rooms.
Alcohol, smoking, vaping, and recreational drugs are not permitted on our premises.
We love birthday groups, but we do not have a party room or dining area for cake, pizza, snacks, or other food before or after your game.
Our lobby is small and is used for check-in, waivers, and groups arriving for their games. If you are planning food or cake, we recommend choosing a nearby restaurant before or after your escape room.
Private Games & Group Size
How private bookings work, what group sizes can play, and how to plan for larger events.
No. All Expedition Escape bookings are private, so your group will never be paired with strangers.
Once you reserve a game, that room is held just for your group. Our games only require a 2 player minimum to book, which makes private reservations easy for couples, families, friends, and smaller groups.
Yes. Since your booking is private, you can add more players to your group after making the reservation, as long as you do not exceed the maximum player count for that room.
You do not need to know your final headcount when you book. We’ll confirm your final number of players when you arrive and collect the remaining balance in store.
Absolutely. Expedition Escape can host larger groups, corporate events, birthday celebrations, school groups, holiday parties, and other special events.
For groups of more than 20, or for events that need help coordinating multiple rooms, please contact our Events Team. They can help with room selection, timing, group flow, and booking details.
Choosing the Right Escape Room

Aunt Edna’s Inheritance is our most approachable 60 minute escape room and is usually the best choice for first time escape room players.
It has a playful mystery, an easier-to-follow story, and a good mix of puzzles that newer groups can enjoy while still keeping adults involved.
If you are brand new to escape rooms, we recommend choosing a theme that sounds fun to your group rather than focusing only on difficulty.

It is approachable for smaller teams, has a fun and lighthearted story, and gives two players a good chance to stay involved throughout the game.
All of our escape rooms can be booked with a 2 player minimum, but some games are more challenging with only two people. If you are unsure which room to choose, give us a call and we’ll help you pick the best fit.

All of our games are designed with adults in mind, so younger players should play with adults who can help guide the group.
The Blind Tiger Speakeasy is our largest escape room and can hold up to 12 players. It’s a great fit for bigger groups looking for a full 60 minute adventure.
If your group is larger than 12, check our Book Now page for rooms that already start at the same time. Some common paired options include Lucky Dice Diner and The Blind Tiger Speakeasy for up to 22 players, Quest for the Throne and Aunt Edna’s Inheritance for up to 20 players, and Bank Heist and Baker Street Mystery for up to 16 players.
Groups of 20 or more should contact our Events Team for help choosing the best room combination, timing, and booking setup. Additional same-time room options may depend on the date, time, and event schedule.

It features no physical locks and uses more technology, effects, and immersive interactions throughout the game. It is a great choice for groups looking for one of our most unique adventures.
Curse of the Hidden Temple can feel a little spooky for some players, but it is not designed to be a horror room.
Most of our other escape rooms are not scary and focus more on adventure, mystery, comedy, fantasy, or classic puzzle solving.
Baker Street Mystery includes some physical activity that may not be suitable for everyone.
Not everyone in the group has to participate, and a bypass is available. Let your Expedition Guide know when you arrive if your group needs to skip that part.
