Escape Room Gift Cards

Yes. You can set any amount you would like. Gift cards start at $50. Choose the value that fits your budget and the experience you want to give.

Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. The expiration date is printed on the gift card and included in the confirmation email. If you’re not sure whether a card is still active, email KOP@ExpeditionEscape.com with the code and we’ll check it for you.

It depends on the game and the size of the group. Pricing is per person, and it drops as the group gets bigger.

As a rough guide, a group of four typically spends between $150 and $215 total, depending on which game they choose and whether they play on a weekday or a weekend. Two players usually run between $100 and $140.

A gift card does not have to cover the whole booking. Many people give one as a head start and let the recipient cover the rest.

Gift cards are delivered digitally. You can email the gift card directly to the recipient or send it to your own email address.

Yes. Send the digital gift card to yourself, then print it to place inside a card or give in person.

First, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders, gift card emails sometimes land there. If you sent it directly to the recipient, ask them to check theirs as well.

If it still hasn’t turned up, email KOP@ExpeditionEscape.com with the name and email address used at purchase and we’ll resend it.

Yes. Gift cards can be used toward any of our escape rooms located at Expedition Escape, 601 South Henderson Road, King of Prussia, PA. The recipient picks the room, the date, and the time.

The gift card balance will be applied first. Any remaining amount can be paid separately using another accepted payment method.

Choose your game, date, and time and continue to the payment page. Select Gift Card, enter the gift card code, and click Apply.

Only the reservation deposit is collected when booking online. Any remaining gift card balance can be applied when you arrive for your reservation.

Only a $50 deposit per game is collected when you book online, and your gift card can cover that deposit. Any balance left on the card is then applied toward the rest of your total when you arrive.

Gift cards are a form of payment, not a discount, so the full value goes toward what you owe.

Yes. You just can’t apply them all at once online.

Our booking system accepts one gift card code per reservation, which is usually all you need, since booking online only collects a $50 deposit per game.

The rest of your total is paid when you arrive. Bring any other gift cards with you and we’ll apply them at check-in, along with whatever is left on the first card.

For example: if one card only has $30 on it, you can put that toward the $50 deposit online and pay the remaining $20 with another gift card or a regular card. Then bring your second gift card with you for any remaining balance.

Yes. Gift cards work well for staff appreciation, client gifts, and holiday giving. You can purchase multiple cards in whatever amounts you need.

Gift cards are non-refundable, but they are fully transferable, whoever has the code can use it. If the original recipient can’t make it, they’re welcome to pass it along.
