Our escape rooms are live, scheduled experiences. Please allow enough time to park, use the restroom, complete check-in, and be ready to begin.

Entrance & Accessibility
Our entrance is down the stairs underneath the Expedition Escape sign. An accessible ramp is also available.
Games begin at their scheduled times. Late arrivals may lose game time and, depending on how late they arrive and the requirements of the specific room, may not be able to join after the game has started.
A Few Helpful Details
These are the most common questions guests have after completing their reservation.
Did Your Player Count Change?
You don’t need to contact us as long as your group remains within the minimum and maximum capacity for the game you reserved.
We’ll confirm your final headcount when you arrive. Any remaining balance will be based on that final headcount and collected during check-in.
What Should We Wear or Bring?
Comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes are recommended. Shoes, a shirt, and pants or an equivalent lower-body covering are required.
Everything you need to solve the room is provided. Outside tools and materials aren’t needed.
Who Signs the Waiver?
Every player signs their own waiver. For anyone under 18, an adult playing in the game signs on their behalf.
Use the waiver link in your confirmation email and share it with your group. You can also sign when you arrive, but signing ahead of time gets your group started faster.
Is There an Age Requirement?
At least one player who is 18 or older must be inside the game. That adult takes part in the experience with the rest of the group rather than waiting outside.
Younger players are welcome alongside them, and that same adult can sign the waivers for any minors playing with them.

What’s the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancellations With More Than 24 Hours Notice
Reservations can be canceled with at least 24 hours of notice before the start time of your original reservation. All sales are final and we do not issue refunds. Canceled reservations are returned as store credit, sent as a digital voucher to the email address used to make the booking.
Rescheduling With More Than 24 Hours Notice
Reservations can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours of notice before the start time of your original reservation.
Changes With Less Than 24 Hours Notice
Within 24 hours of the start time of your original reservation, your original deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be taken to make a new reservation.
