Q: What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?

Thank you for your booking! As a quick reminder of our Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy, which you agreed to during checkout, please read the details below: For Cancellations (24+ hours notice): You can cancel your game for any reason with at least 24 hours' notice before the start time of your original reservation. We will issue a store credit for the amount you paid, sent to the email address used for the reservation. This credit will be valid for 1 year . For Rescheduling (24+ hours notice): To reschedule your game to a different date or time, at least 24 hours' notice before the start time of your original reservation is strictly required. To make changes, please reply directly to your original confirmation email. Be sure to include all necessary details such as your preferred new date, time, and game. Within 24 Hours of Your Reservation: Once you are less than 24 hours away from your scheduled game, any cancellation or rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of your payment, with no exceptions. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Q: Do we need to contact you if our number of players changes?

No, you don't need to contact us to adjust your player count! Your final headcount will be finalized when you arrive for your game. Please ensure your group size remains within the minimum and maximum player limits listed for the specific game(s) you have reserved.

Q: How much is Expedition Escape?

Ticket prices for each escape game vary based on the date and/or time of entry and demand. Holiday periods tend to be higher ticket prices than others and/or there may be a minimum number of people required. For the most accurate pricing, go to our booking page, above, to view the exact game, dates, and time for specific pricing and availability. For all of our 60-minute escape games , prices range from $35 – $62 per person . Santa's Holiday Hat Hunt , our 30-minute escape game , is priced separately, ranging from $25 – $35 per person . We never add any hidden fees or service charges. Please note, however, that Upper Merion Township does impose a 10% Amusement Tax on all tickets. You can secure your reservation with a simple $50 deposit . We understand that guest counts can fluctuate; you can always adjust your final party size when you arrive to play, ensuring you only pay for the people who are actually able to attend.

Q: Can I add more people after booking?

Yes. Since your booking is private, you can add more players to your group after making the reservation, as long as you do not exceed the maximum player count for that room . You do not need to know your final headcount when you book. We’ll confirm your final number of players when you arrive and collect the remaining balance in store.
