No, you don’t need to contact us to adjust your player count! Your final headcount will be finalized when you arrive for your game. Please ensure your group size remains within the minimum and maximum player limits listed for the specific game(s) you have reserved.

Thank you for your booking! As a quick reminder of our Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy, which you agreed to during checkout, please read the details below:
- For Cancellations (24+ hours notice): You can cancel your game for any reason with at least 24 hours’ notice before the start time of your original reservation. We will issue a store credit for the amount you paid, sent to the email address used for the reservation. This credit will be valid for 1 year.
- For Rescheduling (24+ hours notice): To reschedule your game to a different date or time, at least 24 hours’ notice before the start time of your original reservation is strictly required. To make changes, please reply directly to your original confirmation email. Be sure to include all necessary details such as your preferred new date, time, and game.
- Within 24 Hours of Your Reservation: Once you are less than 24 hours away from your scheduled game, any cancellation or rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of your payment, with no exceptions.
- All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

To ensure you have the most comfortable and enjoyable experience during your adventure, here are a few guidelines:
- What to Wear:
- There is no strict dress code, but we recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move around easily.
- Closed-toed shoes are highly recommended for your safety and comfort, though not strictly required.
- For the comfort and safety of all guests, all participants are required to wear shoes, a shirt, and pants (or equivalent lower body covering) at all times.
- What to Bring (or Leave Behind):
- We generally recommend leaving non-essential personal items at home or secured in your vehicle.
- Players may take personal items like small purses, wallets, or cell phones into the game if they wish.
- Absolutely no outside tools or materials are required or permitted for gameplay. Everything you need to solve the puzzles is provided within the game itself!
- Expedition Escape is not responsible for any personal items players choose to bring with them into the game.

We recommend that your entire group arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled game time. This allows ample time for everyone to park, use the restrooms, and complete the check-in process. It’s crucial that all participants are present and ready to begin by the exact time of your reservation. Our games run on a strict schedule, groups that arrive late will not receive their full allotted time in the game. If only part of your team is running late, the best solution is to begin the game with the members who are present, and the latecomers can join upon their arrival.

Free parking is available at our location. Follow our Expedition Escape directional signs around the building to the back. Our entrance is down the stairs underneath our Expedition Escape sign.
