We’re not hiring a desk attendant… We’re searching for outgoing, observant, and energetic individuals who create unforgettable experiences in our immersive escape room adventures!

If you’re ready to share your enthusiasm with guests, guide groups through themed puzzle journeys, act on your feet, and help build magical moments, this is your mission!

🎯 What You’ll Do

1. Be the Face of the Experience

• Greet guests warmly and set an exciting tone for their adventure
• Provide immersive, thematic intros and perform some acting before the game
• Build quick rapport with 2–12 guests, sparking energy and connection

2. Run the Show Behind the Scenes

• Monitor games via video feeds – watch for game flow, safety, and fun
• Deliver timely hints or intervene when necessary
• Manage resets, game cleanliness, and inventory, ensuring top-tier quality

3. Educate & Debrief

• Clearly explain puzzle rules, safety, and game objectives
• Provide engaging final walkthroughs, explaining all puzzles to all guests
• Conduct photo ops with guests

4. Sell & Upsell Smartly

• Recommend post-game merchandise and gift items to interested guests
• Guide customers smoothly without feeling pushy

5. Handle Hospitality & Logistics

• Process reservations, check-ins, and phone inquiries as needed
• Open and close the venue according to schedule
• Identify and resolve small issues quickly, with grace

• You’ll be sitting behind a desk most of your shift
• It’s mainly about watching security cameras
• It’s a theatrical acting or role-playing role like D&D or streaming

Instead, think of it as a hospitality + gameplay + showtime kind of job. It’s interactive, energetic, and all about guiding real people through a live experience, from the moment they walk in until long after they escape.

• You can follow instructions and handle tech confidently (basic tech skills)
• You’re quick-thinking, adaptable, and a natural problem solver
• You’re enthusiastic, articulate, and upbeat – especially under pressure
• You’re detail-oriented to reset rooms precisely
• You’re able to multitask – answer phones, walk-ins, monitor, reset, etc.
• You’re available weekends or nights and flexible on scheduling
• You’re able to squat, lift ~20 lbs and climb ladders, as needed for props
• You’re at least 18 years old
