No! All three games, Bank Heist, Houdini’s Last Mystery, and T.R.A.P.T. are played completely on your own at whatever time and date that works for you!
Bank Heist and Houdini’s Last Mystery both have self-service hints integrated within the game. They are located at the bottom of the page/screen/puzzle that you’re currently working on. If you get stuck or need help, simply click on Hint 1 for a small nudge toward figuring it out. If that doesn’t help, click Hint 2, and so on. There’s also a puzzle solution as well if you just can’t figure it out. This way you are able to play at any time you don’t need to schedule a specific time with us or anything!
T.R.A.P.T. also has a self-service hint system which will be separate from the actual game. Within the email you’ll receive with your username and password, there will be a link to the hints for the game. These hints will be broken into categories of the various puzzles throughout the game. From there it is similar where you can use Hint 1, Hint 2, and so on all the way to a solution!
