What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change, so reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before the start time of your original reservation. We will email you a store credit, to the same e-mail used to make the reservation, as a digital voucher for the amount you already paid.

Alternatively, you can reschedule your game to a new date or time, but we still require at least a 24 hour notice before the start time of your original reservation to do so. Within 24 hours you may reschedule your booking for a $50 fee.

All sales are final and there are no refunds.

If you are a large group (20+), we have a separate cancellation policy that supersedes our regular one and requires at least a 5 day cancellation notice before the start time of your original reservation.
