Thank you for your booking! As a quick reminder of our Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy, which you agreed to during checkout, please read the details below:
- For Cancellations (24+ hours notice): You can cancel your game for any reason with at least 24 hours’ notice before the start time of your original reservation. We will issue a store credit for the amount you paid, sent to the email address used for the reservation. This credit will be valid for 1 year.
- For Rescheduling (24+ hours notice): To reschedule your game to a different date or time, at least 24 hours’ notice before the start time of your original reservation is strictly required. To make changes, please reply directly to your original confirmation email. Be sure to include all necessary details such as your preferred new date, time, and game.
- Within 24 Hours of Your Reservation: Once you are less than 24 hours away from your scheduled game, any cancellation or rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of your payment, with no exceptions.
- All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
