Q: What should I do if my group has more than 20 people?

For groups of more than 20 people, please contact our Events Team . Large group events may require multiple rooms, coordinated timing, or extra planning. Our Events Team can help match your group with the best room combination and schedule based on your preferred date and time.

Q: Can groups of 20 or less book online?

Yes. Groups of 20 people or less can book directly through our Book Now page . Choose your game, date, time, and number of players to see live availability. If your group wants to split across multiple rooms, look for rooms that already start at the same time.

Q: How many people can Expedition Escape host for a large group event?

Expedition Escape can host up to 68 players per hour across our private escape rooms. Larger groups may split across multiple rooms during the same event window. Each room has its own player capacity, and our Events Team can help recommend the best room combination based on your group size, date, and preferred time.

Q: Do you have a meeting room or space for food?

No, we do not have a meeting room, party room, or dining area for food before or after your game. Expedition Escape is close to restaurants, shopping, hotels, and major roads in King of Prussia, so many teams choose to plan lunch, dinner, drinks, or a meeting nearby after their escape room event.
