Q: Is Lucky Dice Diner good for beginners?

Lucky Dice Diner can be enjoyed by first-time players, but we recommend a group of at least 4 adults . It can be challenging for smaller groups or those that have little to no escape room experience. If your group is brand new, or smaller, and wants an easier start, Aunt Edna's Inheritance is our most approachable 60 minute game.

Q: What's the cancellation policy for events?

Reservations can be canceled with at least 24 hours of notice before the start time of your original reservation. Canceled reservations are issued as store credit in the form of a digital voucher sent to the email address used to make the booking. Reservations can also be rescheduled with at least 24 hours of notice. Within 24 hours of your original start time, reservations may be rescheduled for a $50 fee per game. All sales are final and there are no refunds. Large groups of 20 or more players have a separate cancellation policy that requires at least 5 days of notice before the start time of the original reservation.

Q: Are escape rooms good for kids' birthday parties?

Yes, with adults on the team. Our games are designed with adults in mind but have no age limit, and Aunt Edna's Inheritance is our most kid friendly 60 minute game. A paying adult (18+) must participate with anyone under 18. See our FAQs for details.

Q: Can we bring food, drinks, or a birthday cake?

No, we do not have a party room, meeting room, or dining area for food before or after your game. Expedition Escape is close to restaurants, shopping, hotels, and major roads in King of Prussia, so many groups choose to plan lunch, dinner, drinks, or a celebration nearby before or after their escape room event.

Q: How many people can you host at once?

Expedition Escape can host up to 68 players per hour across our private escape rooms. Smaller teams can book one room, while larger company outings may use multiple rooms during the same event window. For groups of more than 20 people, we recommend contacting our Events Team so we can help with room selection, timing, and booking details.
