Our refund/cancellation policy is as follows:
A full refund will be issued if you cancel up to 24 hours before the start time of your original reservation. There are no refunds or exchanges for participants who cancel within 24 hours from the start time of your original reservation, those that arrive late, or those that do not show to your reservation.
Our refund/cancellation policies also apply to any rescheduling, removing the number of players, or any other changes to your reservation. There is a $25 cancellation/rescheduling fee if you choose to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours from the start time of your reservation (there are not refunds). Please be aware that if you choose to reschedule, your chosen date, time, and room may not be available due to other reservations.

To add additional people to your reservation:
You won’t be able to access your reservation once you’ve made it. You can add additional people up until the time you go into the room (as long as it does not exceed the maximum allowed for that room). The easiest way is to just let us know when you arrive for your reservation and we can take care of any payment then. We can’t give refunds the day of so if someone is unsure, it’s easiest to just wait until the day of!
In case of inclement weather:
If at any time you feel it is unsafe to travel to us, please reach out, either by phone or email or both, and we’ll happily reschedule you to a different date. We don’t want you feeling unsafe just to make it to a reservation. We will try to hold off and stay open for as long as possible but if we cannot make it into our locations, most likely our players can’t make it in either. If for some reason weather is an issue, we will reschedule or give you a credit for a future reservation with us. There will be no refunds issued.
