(UP TO 10 PLAYERS)
Your poor old Aunt Edna has been growing increasingly paranoid over recent years. Since the passing of her husband and the payout of his sizable life insurance policy, she has suspected the entire family has been trying to steal the inheritance. Now that she has been moved into a nursing home, she is appealing to you, her favorite relative, to enter her condo, retrieve some personal belongings, and arrange to have hem sent to her. The inheritance is carefully hidden somewhere in Edna’s condo, and it’s protected by layers of tricks and traps. If you’re clever and quick, you may be able to find this wealth that has eluded many before you.

This room is wonderful for families, younger children, and those that have never attempted an escape room before.
If you have never done an escape room before, we suggest starting here.
This room is not for a group of kids. All of our rooms are designed with adults in mind (except for our children’s room, Lost Teddy at our Montgomeryville location). We like to say we are family friendly, rather than kid friendly. Meaning, when you have a mix of children and adults in the room, it can be extremely helpful as the kids become searchers (they find hidden things adults don’t always see) while the adults are able to solve the more complex puzzles. However, when there’s an entire group of children in the room, not many puzzles get solved as they don’t tend to have the attention span or they are too busy socializing to stay focused on the task at hand.
Love the concept of escape rooms, but many of the themes and story lines are “dark”, which is just not our style. Aunt Edna’s Condo at Expedition Escape was perfect for our group (11, 13, 15, and ??). Staff was helpful and gave good instructions (or hints when needed). We’ll be back to try another room.
Went into this not knowing what to expect, ended up having a blast. Went in Aunt Edna’s room and escaped just under an hour. Highly recommend. Plan on heading back w/the older teens and twenty somethings. Do it, you will have so much fun!!!
